AssistHome runs entirely on your local network. Your data never leaves your home, there are no monthly fees, and the system works even without internet. Cloud systems can be shut down, change pricing, or get hacked—your local system is under your complete control forever.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
Not at all. While we offer DIY options for tech-savvy users, our installation service handles everything. The system is designed to be simple and reliable for everyone, regardless of technical background.
What happens if the internet goes down?
All core automation and safety features continue working perfectly. Fall detection, motion sensors, and automation run on your local network. Only alerts (WhatsApp, Telegram, calls) require internet, and the system will queue alerts until connection is restored.
Can I install this in a rental property?
Yes! Our sensors use removable adhesive mounts and wireless communication. No drilling, no permanent changes. Take everything with you when you move.
How reliable is fall detection?
We use proven sensor technology combined with pattern recognition. The system learns normal movement patterns and detects unusual events like falls or prolonged inactivity. False positives are rare, and you can adjust sensitivity.
